EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Civil Project Manager to lead civil and infrastructure projects from planning through completion in Singapore. The role requires meticulous scheduling, method statements, and resource planning to ensure timely delivery.

You will supervise site operations, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and oversee structural, drainage, sewerage and utility works while ensuring quality, safety and compliance with drawings and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8-10 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, method statements and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee structural, drainage, sewerage, utility and other civil works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings and requirements.
• Manage project budgets, variation claims, subcontractor claims and progress payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Attend site and progress meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports and records.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Salary Range: $8000 - $10000
• Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), 8am - 12pm (Saturday)

Job Scope

Project Planning & Execution
