• POS and payment systems implementation experience in Hospitality.

• Ability to manage multiple vendors, negotiate outcomes and align delivery to business needs.
• Highly organized, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to senior management.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certs preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Simphony POS or Oracle OPERA preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage technology projects for a renowned organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex IT projects, particularly with experience in Point-of-Sale (POS) and payment systems implementation within Hospitality industry.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have 5+ years' experience managing end to end, IT or business technology projects from the end-user/client perspective;
• Must have proven experience in handling end-to-end project implementation related to Point-of-Sale (POS) and payment systems within Hospitality industry;
• Solid understanding of project governance, SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors, negotiate outcomes, and align delivery to business needs;
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment;
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to present confidently to senior management.

Desired Skill-set

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification;

• Support post-implementation activities including testing, training, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
