Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end IT/project management experience from a client perspective.
• POS and payment systems implementation experience in Hospitality.
• Strong governance, SDLC, Agile or hybrid delivery knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, negotiate outcomes and align delivery to business needs.
• Highly organized, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to senior management.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certs preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Simphony POS or Oracle OPERA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end IT projects aligned with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders (business, operations, finance, IT).
• Oversee third-party vendors, service providers and implementation partners for quality delivery.
• Drive project governance, risk management and change control processes.
• Ensure smooth integration of POS or payment solutions into the ecosystem.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and executive updates.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively resolve issues.
• Support post-implementation activities including testing, training, and transition to BAU.
