Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end IT project management from the client perspective.
• End-to-end POS and payment systems experience in Hospitality.
• Solid governance, SDLC, Agile/hybrid delivery understanding.
• Strong stakeholder management across organizational levels.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and aligning delivery with business needs.
• Highly organized, proactive, adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end IT projects, aligning with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across business, operations, finance, and IT.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners for quality delivery.
• Drive project governance, risk management, and change control processes.
• Ensure smooth integration of POS or payment solutions into the organization’s ecosystem.
• Prepare and present status reports and executive updates.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Support post-implementation activities including testing, training, and transition to BAU.
