Job summary

Sioux Asia seeks a seasoned Project Manager and Tribe Excellence Lead to own multiple concurrent engineering programs across Southeast Asia, from engagement to delivery, including budget, timelines, and scope, while maintaining customer relationships and technical credibility.

You will lead cross‑functional teams in software, mechatronics, electronics, and systems engineering, drive process excellence, and contribute to continuous improvement with governance and PMO practices.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed.
• 8+ years managing complex, multi‑disciplinary engineering projects.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships, negotiate scope and timelines.
• Hands‑on budgeting, resource planning, and earned value tracking.
• Fluency in translating technical requirements into project schedules and cross‑functional work plans.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams and ensure delivery commitments.
• Knowledge of PM tools/standards (Gantt, Stage‑Gate, or Agile for hardware).
• Preference for PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications and INCOSE/V‑model familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple concurrent projects across Southeast Asia from engagement to delivery.
• Set budgets, timelines, scope, and technology choices; maintain customer relationships.
• Lead and mentor software, mechatronics, and electronics teams to meet KPIs.
• Define and audit project management processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Own quality gates, design validation, and delivery risk mitigation.
