Job summary

ECTIVISE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a project management professional to oversee ICT/telecoms projects across ASEAN.

You will establish and maintain RACI matrices, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of technical submissions, drawings and handover documents. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities and willingness to travel, with emphasis on meeting contractual milestones under pressure in a fast-paced construction- and MEP-related

Qualifications

• Experience in project management across info-communications, technology, system integration or telecoms.
• English at CGE O/N level (C grade) is required.
• Willingness to work in ASEAN region and travel as needed.
• Certified PMP or CCNA preferred.
• Proficient in Wireshark for network analysis.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Analysis and Fishbone concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities and ensure milestones meet deadlines.
• Maintain and update RACI matrix for ownership and accountability.
• Coordinate roles across customers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Document meeting decisions, action items and issues; track and close them.
• Prepare and submit technical submissions, drawings, method statements, testing and handover docs on time.
• Monitor project progress against contractual and customer requirements.
• Identify and track payment milestones with supporting documentation.
• Align schedules, delivery and payment milestones to achieve contractual completion.
• Identify risks and escalation triggers early to mitigate delays.
