Job summary

Element Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead high-visibility projects across Southeast Asia.

You will scope, plan, and execute tech transfer and localization initiatives, coordinating with Global Engineering, Regional Operations, and external partners to meet business goals. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, a track record of delivering complex programs on time, and strong cross-functional leadership to drive commitments and execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline required.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• 8+ years of project management experience across multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute end-to-end engineering projects focusing on tech transfer and localization of HVM processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with Global Engineering, Factory Operations, and R&D to align objectives and resources.
