Job summary

Sioux Technologies is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead semiconductor capital equipment, analytical instruments, and medical device projects in Southeast Asia. You will own budgets, schedules, scope, and technical decisions, while building high-performing teams and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will also act as Excellence Lead within Sioux Asia, defining and auditing delivery processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring fixed-price delivery health

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and negotiate scope and timelines.
• Proficiency with project management tools and standards (Gantt, Critical Path, Stage-Gate, Agile for hardware).
• Ability to mentor and develop engineering teams and drive delivery commitments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across software, mechanical, electronics, and systems.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-disciplinary projects across semiconductor capital equipment, analytical instruments, and medical devices.
• Lead from customer engagement to delivery, managing budgets, timelines, scope, and quality.
• Define requirements, boundary conditions, and technical scope aligned with customer needs.
• Conduct periodic reviews, manage escalations, and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Mentor engineering teams and ensure delivery KPIs are met.
• Own process governance, auditing, and continuous improvement across the tribe.
