Job summary

Sioux is seeking a Software Tech Lead to own technical execution and project delivery for semiconductor software projects. You will understand software architecture, guide implementation, and align engineering work with commitments while coordinating with international OEM clients and fab customers across Asia.

You will partner with Architects, developers, and clients to ensure high-quality delivery, manage risks, and drive scope and schedule discussions in a fast-paced high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with leadership in delivery or guiding a small engineering team.
• Ability to read, discuss, and challenge software designs and implementation approaches.
• Experience with software architecture, debugging, integration, code review, and technical decision-making in complex systems.
• Ability to guide developers, identify risks, explain trade-offs, and align work with delivery commitments.
• Experience managing planning, progress tracking, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical breakdown of software requirements into tasks, acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies.
• Guide design and implementation decisions, ensuring alignment with architecture and delivery priorities.
• Support developers, review approaches, resolve issues, and remove blockers.
• Own delivery planning, task tracking, milestone follow-up, risk escalation, and client-facing coordination.
• Build realistic delivery plans, track progress, communicate status, and adjust priorities as scope changes.
• Maintain design notes, decision logs, and clear acceptance criteria for clarity.
