Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for its Diagnostics department in Singapore. The role involves leading large-scale, cross-functional projects, budgeting, planning, procurement, and ensuring timely delivery while aligning with business objectives.

You will partner with stakeholders, shape the project roadmap, and manage end-to-end delivery with a focus on quality and agility in a healthcare-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 12 years of project management experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Healthcare project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplan demands, budget and prioritisation of workplan.
• Form the project team and governance structure to deliver planned work.
• Advise and guide teams on PM best practices with templates and tools.
• Review and approve deliverables to ensure scope, budget and deadlines.
• Define milestones, status reports, risks and mitigation actions.
• Monitor project progress and guide teams through complex challenges.
• Maintain relationships with sponsors and manage expectations.
• Resolve stakeholder escalations and balance quality with objectives.
