Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies is seeking a highly experienced Senior/Project Manager to join our senior management team. You will oversee building and industrial projects, driving successful delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination, with site inspections and rigorous safety adherence. A PE or PPM accreditation is preferred, with 10–15 years in similar projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE certification recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or Accreditation as a Professional Project Manager (PPM) by SPM.
• 10–15 years of experience in project management for industrial projects of similar complexity.
• Experience in safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of building/industrial projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors for effective communication.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to monitor status, quality, and safety compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting delivery.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders with transparency.
• Ensure construction activities adhere to EH&S regulations and standards.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement in PM.
