Job summary

KOH BROTHERS BUILDING & CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager to oversee the full financial function for construction projects and group entities.

You will partner with project teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong cost control, and robust consolidation while supporting regulatory compliance and IPO readiness where applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and professional qualification preferred.
• Senior Finance Manager: 7–10 years of relevant experience; Finance Manager: 5–7 years.
• Experience in construction or project-based industries with group reporting.
• IPO/SGX reporting exposure is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial control and reporting for the Group in compliance with standards.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including statements and variance analysis.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to provide performance insights and optimization.
• Prepare reports and board materials with KPIs and strategic recommendations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and resource allocation for multi-entity projects.
