Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies in Singapore is seeking an experienced Projects Control and Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting across multiple interior fit-out projects. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while aligning with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Engineering with 5 years' experience.
• Competent with Primavera P6 is a must.
• Experience with project planning and commercial case preparation.
• Able to independently manage an interior fit-out project as the key client contact.
• Proficient in English and documentation work.
• Strong multi-tasking skills across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft and submit project monthly reports and presentations.
• Update working programme and schedule.
• Advise on critical path and schedule matters.
• Prepare impacted programme for changes or EOT.
• Advise on EOT matters and draft corresponding letters.
• Coordinate meetings with external claim consultants.
• Overall responsibility for the programme and monthly progress reports.
• Lead Senior Planner(s) in time management.
• Support BIM (4D/5D) for cost estimation and cashflow forecasting.
• Implement change control to manage scope, BIM model and programme.
• Meet with project team to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide forecast and actual expenditure against plan.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
