Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies is seeking a Project Engineer to lead site operations, coordination with teams, and ensure safety and quality in civil/building projects in Singapore. You will oversee from inception to completion, prepare documentation, and manage risks while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 3 years local experience, and strong communication and planning skills to work with multiple stakeholders on heavy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering recognized by relevant authorities.
• 3 years of local Singapore experience in civil/building construction.
• Knowledge of safety standards and lifting operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure progress, quality, and safety.
• Manage civil and building construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams per drawings and schedules.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and MOM/BCA rules.
• Identify risks, monitor progress, and propose mitigation plans.
• Provide guidance to lifting supervisors and rigging teams.
• Plan and oversee lifting operations in line with regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control.
