Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in building/infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading design and construction teams for sizeable projects.
• Experience managing projects with similar scale and complexity.
• Pharmaceutical/cleanroom/data centre project exposure preferred.
• Strong leadership and decisive decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to project managers to implement decisions.
• Develop and implement project strategies, objectives, and plans aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with senior management, clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure communication and alignment.
• Manage risks, issues, and change control with proactive mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Oversee project performance including financial management, resource allocation and progress tracking.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and excellence within the project team.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and development opportunities to team members.
