Job summary

Harvest Consulting Engineers LLP in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil, structural and geotechnical design projects from inception to completion. You will drive project lifecycles, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure technical excellence, safety, and profitability.

You will manage scope, schedule and budgets, oversee contracts and variations, liaise with clients and regulators, and secure timely approvals from BCA, LTA, PUB and URA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• At least 3 years in a project management or lead coordinator role.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and authority submissions.
• Proven leadership and commercial acumen to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design projects from inception to completion on schedule, within scope, and budget.
• Oversee project financials, budgets, resources, and ROI.
• Coordinate clients, architects, contractors, and MEP consultants.
• Manage master submission schedules to BCA, LTA, PUB, URA with QPs.
• Identify risks and ensure quality via corporate QA systems.
