Job summary

Jobally on behalf of our client, an established civil engineering contractor, seeks a capable Project Manager to lead building projects in Singapore. You will drive delivery from start to finish, coordinating with clients, consultants and authorities while ensuring safety, quality, cost control and schedule adherence.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 8 years of relevant local experience, with the ability to work independently and manage tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Singapore building construction.
• Good knowledge of quality, safety, cost and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building projects from commencement to completion.
• Ensure works are completed on time, within budget and according to drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, site activities, quality and safety requirements.
• Manage project team, resources and subcontractor performance.
• Handle inspections, handover, authority submissions and project completion matters.
