Job summary

Harvest Consulting Engineers LLP seeks a Senior Engineer (Civil, Structural & Geotechnical) to lead multi-disciplinary design and ensure regulatory submissions in Singapore. You will coordinate with architects, clients, contractors and MEP teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Responsibilities include hands-on design, submissions to BCA/LTA/PUB/URA, site support, and mentoring junior engineers while advancing digital workflows and AI-assisted design techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from PE board Singapore or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of design consulting experience in local Civil & Structural or Geotechnical practice.
• PE eligibility or active progress toward PE registration with PEB Singapore is advantageous.
• Mastery of engineering analysis software such as ETABS, SAFE, Plaxis, Tekla.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and execute civil, structural, and geotechnical analysis and design.
• Direct submissions of design plans and calculations to local regulators (BCA, LTA, PUB, URA).
• Coordinate with architects, clients, main contractors, MEP engineers, and project managers for timely delivery.
• Provide site and construction support, review contractor submissions and ensure drawings are followed.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers; drive digital workflows and AI-enabled design automation.
