In this senior role you will lead and manage project teams, plan master programmes, prepare progress reports and resolve on-site contractual issues while coordinating with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors and Suppliers on HDB, condo and commercial projects. Strong civil engineering background and minimum 5 years' experience are required; good pay,

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction.
• Experience with HDB, condo, and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project team.
• Execute projects according to Schedule and Tender Specifications within Contract Budget.
• Plan and update master programme.
• Preparation of Progress Reports.
• Troubleshoot and recover from delays; Resolve on-site contractual issues.
• Coordinate works between Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers
