Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Civil/Engineering Project Manager to plan, design and direct construction activities, ensuring safe, timely delivery of development works.

You will present progress reports on projects and personnel, and cover site activities with timely management updates. A degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, or Architecture is required, with 10+ years of related experience. Managerial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.
• 10+ years of working experience in related field.
• Managerial experience preferred in Civil/Construction/Structural.
• Experience in Structural and Architecture works preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and direct construction activities to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.
• Present management reports on project progress, personnel performance, problems encountered and effective solutions.
• Cover site activities and documents, and report to management in a timely manner.
