Job summary

RecruitFlash Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for civil/construction projects in Singapore.

You will plan, execute, and oversee all phases to meet time, budget, and quality targets, coordinating with Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers, and Supervisors. You will lead discussions with stakeholders to define specifications and deliverables, negotiate contracts with vendors, and secure permits ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 4 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage all phases of the project, ensuring alignment with time, budget, and quality targets.
• Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to allocate resources efficiently.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to define project specifications and deliverables.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Secure permits and licenses from authorities (MOM, NEA, HDB, etc.), and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Determine manpower, equipment, and materials required throughout the project lifecycle.
