Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Science or Engineering (minimum bachelor) is required.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute from concept to delivery, using the project lifecycle framework.
• Analyse trends with technical/research teams to refine customer needs and expectations.
• Deliver project outcomes within defined scope, costs, quality, and timeline.
• Foster excellent cross-functional communication; motivate team members toward continual improvement.
• Interact with industry members and ensure effective communication throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage critical vendors and service providers to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project/program issues and mitigate risks.
• Implement project changes to achieve deliverables and mitigate risk.
• Track, monitor and report progress to all stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholders' expectations toward a common goal.
