Job summary

The Institute of Microelectronics (IME) at A*STAR invites applications for an Assistant Project Manager / Associate Project Manager / Project Manager to lead R&D projects in advanced packaging semiconductor technology. You will drive projects with in-house facilities and collaborate with academia and industry partners.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor-level science/engineering degree with 5+ years in semiconductor technology, and PMP certification is preferred to enable effective project

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (minimum a bachelor) in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor technology environment with good understanding of silicon process and advance packaging technologies.
• PMP certification preferred and beneficial for project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle to meet scope, schedule and cost requirements.
• Maintain clear communication between team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Plan, organize and execute from concept to delivery/outcome.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external industry partners.
• Monitor risks, issues and changes; implement corrective actions.
• Track progress and report to stakeholders throughout the project.
