Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor technology with silicon process and advanced packaging.
• Proven project management experience; PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication, people, innovativeness, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute projects from concept to delivery.
• Analyse trends with technical teams to refine customer needs and requirements.
