Qualifications

Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in semiconductor technology with silicon process and advanced packaging.
Proven project management experience; PMP certification preferred.
Strong communication, people, innovativeness, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute projects from concept to delivery.
Analyse trends with technical teams to refine customer needs and requirements.
Deliver outcomes within defined scope, cost, quality, and timeline.
Foster cross-functional communication and motivate team members.
Interact with industry stakeholders and manage external vendors.
Monitor risks and implement project changes to meet deliverables.
