Job summary

DSV is seeking a senior leader to drive commercial performance across APAC Contract Logistics from Singapore. You will turn data into action, influence decisions, and deliver initiatives that support growth.

You will partner with sales leadership to enhance execution, improve customer experience, and lead cross-functional programs that span multiple markets. Strong CRM, Power BI and stakeholder management are essential.

Reporting to the CCO, APAC Contract Logistics, you will lead three pillars:

• Drive Commercial Performance
• Own the Sales Operating Model
• Deliver Strategic Initiatives

This role is about turning data into action, influencing commercial decisions, and driving measurable business results.

You will work closely with sales leadership teams to improve sales effectiveness, strengthen commercial execution, enhance customer experience, and deliver strategic initiatives that support DSV's growth ambitions.
