Charge+ in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of EV charging infrastructure from initiation to completion. You will set directions for the Projects team, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and ensure timelines, budgets and safety standards are met.

The role also oversees ISO management system implementation and continuous improvement. Experience required includes 7+ years in electrical installation/infrastructure or project

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical installation, infrastructure or project management.
• Experience with ISO management systems and requirements.
• Experience with electrical system design including Single Line Diagram (SLD).
• Proven experience in managing and developing technical and projects teams.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, stakeholder management and safety management skills.
• Class 3/3A driving license; own transport is preferred but not mandatory.

• Plan, manage and deliver EV charging infrastructure projects from project initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Set directions and provide coordination and best practices for the Projects team in the planning and execution of EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and negotiate with contractors, Licensed Electrical Workers, internal teams and other stakeholders on project costs and project scheduling to achieve cost-effective and timely project delivery.
• Promote compliance with workplace safety requirements and identifying and addressing safety risks associated with project execution.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Company’s ISO management system and ensuring compliance with applicable ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in electrical installation, infrastructure or project management.
• Experience working with ISO management systems and requirements
• Experience with electrical system design including Single Line Diagram (SLD)
• Proven experience in managing and developing technical and projects teams
• Strong project management, problem-solving, stakeholder management and safety management skills.
• Class 3/3A driving license; own transport is preferred but not mandatory.
