JDA WMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Project Lead to plan, execute and finish complex electrical projects on time and within budget.

You will coordinate across teams, consultants and authorities, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires a deep background in electrical systems, building services and project commissioning, with strong PM, contract and WSH knowledge.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in electrical systems, building services and project commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration and WSH practices.
• Professional engineer certifications (PE, PMP, CEng) are advantageous.
• Experience in data centres or mission-critical facilities is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and completion of electrical projects in accordance with approved scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards and safety requirements.

• Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients and relevant authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee electrical engineering works, including installation, testing, commissioning and project handover.

• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, costs, risks and contractual obligations, implementing corrective actions where required.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, technical codes, quality standards and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

• Prepare project reports, cost forecasts, progress updates and relevant documentation for management and client review.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 15 years of relevant experience.

• Relevant experience in electrical engineering, M&E, construction, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential, healthcare, institutional or other built environment projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, building services, project execution, testing and commissioning.

• Good understanding of project management, contract administration, risk management and WSH practices.

• Knowledge of construction contracts, cost control and commercial management.

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), Chartered Engineer (CEng) or relevant WSH certifications will be an advantage.

• Experience in data centres or other mission-critical facilities will be an advantage, but is not essential.
