Job summary

Charge+ in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of EV charging infrastructure from initiation to completion. You will set directions for the Projects team, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and ensure timelines, budgets and safety standards are met.

The role also oversees ISO management system implementation and continuous improvement. Experience required includes 7+ years in electrical installation/infrastructure or project

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical installation, infrastructure or project management.
• Experience with ISO management systems and requirements.
• Experience with electrical system design including Single Line Diagram (SLD).
• Proven experience in managing and developing technical and projects teams.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, stakeholder management and safety management skills.
• Class 3/3A driving license; own transport is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver EV charging infrastructure projects from project initiation through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Set directions and provide coordination and best practices for the Projects team in planning and execution.
• Coordinate and negotiate with contractors, Licensed Electrical Workers, internal teams and stakeholders on project costs and scheduling for cost-effective delivery.
• Promote compliance with safety requirements and identifying/addressing safety risks in project execution.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Companys ISO management system and ensuring ISO requirements are met.
