Job summary

You will own the product roadmap and backlog, collaborating with design, engineering, and research teams to translate user needs and business objectives into concrete features. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in digital products.
• Experience in government or the public sector.
• Strong skills in roadmapping, backlog management, requirements gathering, user stories, and prioritisation.
• Hands-on product discovery, user research, and validation.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making using product metrics.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and product metrics to support decision‑making.
• Experience working in Agile environments alongside design and engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience delivering workflow or management platforms, such as dashboards, records, or scheduling systems
