Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and deliver digital products from discovery through to launch and improvement. You will own the backlog and roadmap, partner with design and engineering, and use research and data to guide decisions.

The role requires strong understanding of user needs, business requirements, and delivery priorities, with the ability to translate these into clear product requirements and successful digital experiences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering digital products.
  • Strong product management capabilities across requirements definition, backlog management, feature prioritisation, and roadmapping.
  • Experience taking digital products or major features from discovery through development and release.
  • Comfortable using data, metrics, and insights to make product decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with product discovery and user research, including planning research activities and translating findings into product improvements.
  • Experience working closely with UX/UI designers, researchers, software engineers, and other technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development and delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex business and user requirements into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate product strategy, priorities, decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct product discovery, user research, and validation activities.
  • Translate research findings and user feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Partner closely with designers, researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to take features from concept through development and release.
  • Manage stakeholders across different teams and communicate product direction, priorities, trade-offs, and rationale clearly.
  • Identify product risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and work with relevant teams to address them.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the product based on user feedback, data, and evolving requirements.
