Job summary

Cynapse invites a talented Senior Project Manager to join our Operations and Delivery group in Singapore. You will uphold high standards of planning and management within a cutting-edge, dynamic environment.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of Vision AI software projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployments. The role offers exposure to diverse industries and the chance to work with a global team on innovative video intelligence solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Engineering/Project-Management
• Scrum Master and/or PMP certification (Mandatory)
• At least 4 years of IT PM experience, with external customers in Singapore and US and multi-year budgets.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a single point of contact for assigned projects
• Lead the project planning, resourcing and scheduling; define project tasks and milestones
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, and provide timely reports on status and activities
• Oversee requirements gathering and validation, solution development and testing, deployment, UAT and commissioning
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, partners and other stakeholders
• Assist overseas project manager counterpart (in EST time zone) with project delivery
• Involved in the pre-sale and sale stages
• Optional: Manage/guide PM Intern

TheSeniorProject Manageris responsible forthe delivery of Vision AI Software Projects/Programs in Singapore and other countries as well as managing (indirectly) technical and operational team members:

• Acting as asingle point of contact for assigned projects
• Lead the project planning,resourcingand scheduling, define project tasks and milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, and providetimelyreports on project status and activities
• Oversee requirements gathering and validation, solution development and testing, deployment, UAT and solution commissioning

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Engineering/Project-Management
• Scrum Master and/or PMP certification(Mandatory)
• At least4yearsof experience in IT Project Management , preferably with external customersin SingaporeandUS, atthescale of either:4or moreman-years/ at least $250K budget
• Experience in delivering projects/programs with multi-phases and compressedtime frame.
• Experiencewith vendors and partners management
• Innovative, motivated and a quick learner
• Ability to work well in a team and take end-to-end ownership of activities
• Attention to detail, curiosity, and passion for technology
