Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

• Fully responsible for end-to-end activities fromrequirements gathering to project delivery.
• Accountable for managing project scope, cost,schedule, and contractual deliverables, maintaining a focus on overall projectsuccess.
• Responsible for project milestone deliverablesand obtaining sign-offs as required.
• Conduct risk assessments and proactively developmitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage stakeholders across all levels,encompassing internal resources, partners, project team members, andsubcontractors.

Transparent Communication and Reporting

• Provide regular updates to senior management andstakeholders on project progress, challenges, and potential showstoppers.
• Maintain transparent communication channelsbetween team members and external partners.
• Work with PMO to ensure issues arelogged/Resolutions in place/On-Track Outcome

Financial Skills on Project Viability

• Able to review overall project's spend.
• GP% status & improvement on a YTY basis
• Define Charging approach

Requirements

• Bachelor/Masters degree in Electrical/ Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field from established university.
• Proven experience in leading build projects frominitiation to project closure
• Strong leadership and team management skills,with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking,problem solving, and decision-making skills)
• Excellent communication abilities, both writtenand verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software andtools.
• PMP certification from PMI or equivalent is aMUST.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant projectmanagement experience.
