Job Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring the project
• Managing the production of the required deliverables
• Managing various activities/projects to meet company’s goal.
• Improving/implementing processes and systems by collaborating with tech teams.
• Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
• Monitoring overall progress and resource usage, initiating corrective action where necessary.
• Applying change control processes.
• Reporting through agreed lines on project progress via highlight reports and end-stage assessments.
• Liaising with appointed project assurance representatives to assure overall direction and integrity of the project.
• Maintaining awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact.
• Managing project administration.
• Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed.
• Preparing follow‑on action recommendations.
• Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications for solutions.
• Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Implementing and testing solutions.
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.

Requirements

• Preferably background in IT or equivalent.
• Professional project management skill.
• Possess strong analytical skill.
• Minimum 3 years project management experience.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
