NTUC FAIRPRICE CO-OPERATIVE LTD. seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan and execute strategic workforce initiatives across retail operations. You will lead job redesign, upskilling programs, and change management efforts in collaboration with HR and store leaders.
Experience in workforce transformation and a background in Retail or FMCG will be highly valued. You will influence stakeholders at all levels and drive KPI-based project outcomes to deliver value for the business.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will plan and execute strategic business initiatives for the retail supermarkets. Working alongside business leaders, HR and operations teams, you will lead job redesign, upskilling workforce and change management projects.
Scope, plan, and deliver end-to-end workforce transformation projects, including Job Redesign (JR), Career Progression Pathways, and Digital Skilling frameworks.
Manage project timelines, resources and budgets using formal project management methodologies.
Establish KPIs and tracking dashboards to evaluate project effectiveness, skill adoption rates, productivity improvements, and overall ROI.
Partner with operational heads to identify future skill requirements.
Facilitate job redesign studies and implement operational workflow adjustments to create higher-value, more engaging roles for staff.
Collaborate with internal L&D teams to design and deploy structured upskilling and reskilling programs.
Build trust and strong working relationships across Business Unit Leaders and multiple departments.
Develop communication, engagement, and change management plans to ensure smooth ground-level adoption of new tools, workflows, and operating models.
Conduct regular focus groups and store visits to capture feedback and refine project implementation.
5–8+ years of project management experience in workforce transformation, job redesign, management consulting, or corporate transformation.
Industry background in Retail, FMCG or large operational environments is highly preferred.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to frontline store staff.
Analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with comfortable command over data analysis and executive reporting.
