You will coordinate Sub-Project Managers and team members, continuously assess risks, and adapt plans as requirements evolve for successful delivery.

Qualificações

• Min 5 years of relevant proven experience managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and risk management.
• Relevant PM certification is an advantage.
• Experience in semiconductor assembly processes is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects and sub-projects of medium to high complexity and risk.
• Plan and execute projects from initiation through closure.
• Lead diverse, cross-functional project teams to achieve defined objectives.
• Assign roles and responsibilities to Sub-Project Managers and team members.
• Continuously assess project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress and address constraints; manage changes to meet scope and budget.
