Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead complex semiconductor technology programs from planning through delivery and act as the central point of accountability across internal teams, customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders.

You will own full project execution, develop and maintain the plan for enablement of new technologies or technology transfers, drive milestones, identify risks, and communicate progress to executives while traveling as

Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
6+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry
Prior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead calls with execs, engineers, vendors and customers.
Detail-oriented with disciplined follow-through on actions and commitments.

Responsibilities

Own the execution of complex semiconductor technology programs from planning through delivery.
Serve as the central point of accountability across internal teams, customers, vendors and technical stakeholders.
Lead full project execution, develop and maintain the plan for enablement of new technologies or technology transfers.
Analyze data and monitor programs to ensure adherence to scope, cost, schedule and technical specs.
Drive team members to meet milestones and customer commitments; document and track actions and close meetings.
