Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead A&A and renovations projects, ensuring delivery to a high quality standard, on time and within budget, while guiding local codes, rules and methods of works and communicating effectively with owners, consultants and contractors.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage project briefs, monitor budgets and reports, oversee tendering, and drive improvements using new technologies and data analysis; flexibility to rotate

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Professional Qualification relating to the above fields is advantageous.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in large-scale properties such as Integrated Resort, Hospitality, MICE, etc.
• Knowledge of Singapore standards, codes and regulatory requirements is essential.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build consultant team base through RFP/tender process and ensure integration with owners internal/external teams.
• Coordinate with Owner, local contacts and suppliers to ensure alignment.
• Lead design teams and ensure integration with consultants/design teams.
• Manage project brief through concept, design development, tender and construction phases.
• Attend project update meetings and present at reviews.
• Oversee budget status monitoring and reporting; QS costing alignment.
• Coordinate external consultants through all phases of project.
• Oversee tendering process and contractor interviews.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and Owner regulations.
• Collaborate with other A&A and facilities teams for seamless integration.
• Oversee construction progress and compliance with regulations.
• Manage hand-over/pre-opening inspections and defect rectification.
• Provide regular updates to Project Sponsor via minutes/reports.
