Job summary

Marina Bay Sands invites applications for an Assistant Project Manager to direct and coordinate project teams within contractual terms. You will oversee consultants, contractors, and the Design Team to ensure briefs, designs and information are executed on time and within budget.

You will maintain project schedules, budgets and risk registers, provide regular senior management updates, lead client communications, and support procurement decisions to achieve project objectives in Singapore's

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Construction/Building/Project Management/Engineering related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Project Management with experience on new-built/A&A building projects.
• Experience in Hospitality field and/or live working environment preferred. Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply the Construction Project Execution Plan.
• Monitor progress and development of all related project deliverables through all stages.
• Lead Project Management teams.
• Provide expertise, guidance, advice, support and motivate project teams.
• Report progress to senior management via meetings or written reports, including status of issues.
• Manage routine client interaction and set client expectations.
• Oversee reporting activities for Project Stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with standards.
• Assist with selection of Consultants and negotiation of terms with Procurement.
• Oversee Change Management related to budget, design and schedule impact.
