Job summary

Marina Bay Sands seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead pre-construction through closeout for major developments in Singapore. You will prepare cost plans, manage bidding and contract administration, and coordinate cross-functional teams including facilities and operations.

You will ensure accurate cost reporting, deployment of value engineering, and compliant documentation via Aconex, while supervising a capable team and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet project

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Architectural, Hospitality or related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in similar capabilities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of accounting/financials applications/Web applications
• Have a good command of English; strong communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction: prepare and maintain cost plans, estimates, budgets and cost reports; coordinate design meetings and inter-department coordination meetings.
• Bidding: review bidder qualifications, coordinate pre-bid meetings, prepare bid awards and analyze bids.
• Construction Administration: manage contract documentation, cost tracking, variation registers, payment certificates and cost control reports.
• Project Closeout: oversee final accounts, as-built documents, warranties and post-mortem reporting.
• Vendor Management: conduct vendor induction and manage select vendor relationships.
• Document Controller / Aconex: administer user accounts, ensure document submissions meet standards.
