Job summary

ELSA is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage expediting for offshore and marine projects in Singapore. The role focuses on timely delivery of long-lead items and coordinating with global suppliers to protect the project schedule.

The contract is 6 months, with visits to factories as required. You will prepare weekly expediting reports and implement delivery-risk mitigations to keep critical milestones on track.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in offshore or marine project procurement / expediting.
• Strong supplier follow-up and expediting experience for long-lead equipment.
• Willing to travel for factory visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expedite long-lead items (thruster gears, crane materials, DP equipment, generators).
• Follow up with suppliers on manufacturing and delivery progress.
• Prepare weekly expediting reports and highlight delivery risks.
• Conduct factory visits where required.
• Identify and implement delivery risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers across Southeast Asia and China.
