Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an expeditor for offshore/marine procurement in Singapore to ensure timely delivery of long-lead items and protect project schedules.

You will expedite items, follow up with suppliers across Southeast Asia and China, conduct factory visits, and prepare weekly expediting reports while coordinating delivery risk mitigation. This 6-month contract requires travel, strong supplier follow-up, and experience with thruster gears, crane materials, DP equipment,

Qualifications

• Expedite long-lead items (thruster gears, crane materials, DP equipment, electrical equipment and generator parts).
• Follow up with suppliers on manufacturing and delivery progress.
• Prepare weekly expediting reports and highlight delivery risks.
• Conduct factory visits where required.
• Identify and implement delivery risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers across Southeast Asia and China.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of critical items to protect the project schedule.

Job Purpose:

Ensure timely delivery of critical and long-lead project items to protect the overall project schedule.

Qualification / Certifications:

Experience:

• Relevant experience in offshore or marine project procurement / expediting.
• Strong supplier follow-up and expediting experience, particularly for long-lead equipment.
• Willing to travel for factory visits.
