Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Healthcare environment experience is advantageous.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support projects from planning to implementation.
• Work closely with clinical, operations, and administrative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, progress updates, and operational requirements.
• Assist in process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Support audits, inspections, accreditation exercises, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare project reports, SOPs, meeting minutes, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders when required.
• Track project follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action items.
• Assist Management in operational planning and improvement initiatives.
• Support contingency planning and other ad-hoc projects when assigned.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Senior Project Executive to support and coordinate operational and improvement projects within a healthcare environment. This role will work closely with Management and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with healthcare operational standards.

This is a newly created role suitable for candidates who are hands-on, independent, and enjoy coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
