Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Health, biomedical sciences, public health, public administration or communications.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with interest in healthcare policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and transformation of Singapore's primary care services, including Healthier SG and clinical programmes.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and trend analysis to inform policy development.
• Assist in developing and implementing healthcare policies and operational workstreams.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders; gather feedback and support policy refinement.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and provide secretariat support.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to drive healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the planning and transformation of Singapore's primary care services, including Healthier SG initiatives and other clinical programmes.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and trend analysis to support healthcare policy development.
• Assist in developing and implementing healthcare policies and operational workstreams.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, gather feedback, and support policy refinement.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentation materials, take meeting minutes, and provide secretariat support.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Health, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Public Administration, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an interest in healthcare policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
