Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an on-site Project Manager to lead BMS construction projects. You will plan, execute and complete assigned projects, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and ensuring QA/QC compliance.

You will define scope, budget and schedule, monitor progress, manage risks, and collaborate with Sales for tender activities. Strong communication and drawing/document handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 3 year relevant working experience in BMS project.
• Excel, Word and Project essential.
• Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
• Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project management to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects.
• Coordinate communication with the customer during all phases of the project.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors and supervise site activities.
• Define scope, budget and schedule; manage risks and variations.
