Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an on-site Project Leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects while coordinating with customers and supervising subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

You will manage scope, budget, and schedule, implement project methodologies, and oversee material procurement and commissioning. Strong client communication and ability to work odd hours are required.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 8 years relevant experience in BMS System.
• Excel, Word and Project essential.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
• Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete assigned projects.
• Delegate tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects.
• Coordinate communication with customer during all phases of the project.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors.
• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
• Device project implementation methodology.
• Plan and oversee work schedule for the multi small to medium scale project under responsibility.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend resolutions.
• Establish effective communication with customer.
• Track and update progress, task and project health to supervisors.
• Ensure and monitor compliance to codes, QA/QC policies, and specifications.
• Perform regular quality audits for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify and secure variation orders.
• Cost control; track and deliver financial commitments.
• Managing reports and documents.
• Work closely with Sales team for tender bidding.
• Supervision of sub-contractors' work at site.
