Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site Project Leader to plan, execute and complete assigned BMS projects. You will delegate tasks, coordinate with customers, and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include defining scope, budget and schedule, managing risks, and maintaining compliance with QA/QC standards. Collaboration with Sales for tenders and ensuring timely procurement will be essential.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 3 year relevant working experience in BMS project.
• Excel, Word and Project essential.
• Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
• Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
• Coordinate communication with customer during all phases of the project.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors.
• Plan and oversee work schedule for multiple small to medium scale projects.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend resolutions.
• Establish effective communication with customer.
• Track progress and project health to supervisors.
• Monitor compliance to codes, QA/QC policies and specifications.
• Manage procurement and deliveries of project materials.
