Job summary

Johnson Controls Singapore seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead on-site BMS projects, defining scope, budget and schedule while coordinating with customers and subcontractors. You will oversee the work of sub-contractors, track progress and ensure QA/QC compliance, delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a degree with at least 3 years in BMS and strong skills in Excel, Word and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant BMS project experience.
• Strong communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and MS Project; ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
• Coordinate communication with customers during all project phases.
• Supervise on-site work, subcontractors and site safety.
• Track progress, manage risks and variations, and control costs.
• Prepare reports and documentation; hand over to service team.
