Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Senior Project Engineer (BMS) in Singapore to lead on-site projects, define scope, budget and schedule, and coordinate with customers during all phases.

You will supervise subcontractors, manage procurement, monitor KPI delivery, assist with tenders, perform QA/QC audits, train customers, and hand over to the service team.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 3 year relevant working experience in BMS projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Project.
• Experience interacting with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, budget and schedule for BMS projects.
• Coordinate communication with customer during all project phases.
• Oversee subcontractors and on-site activities.

Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project. Coordinates the work of subcontractors. **How you will do it:*** Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.* Device project implementation methodology.* Plan and oversee work schedule for the multiple small to medium scale project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor.* Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions.* Establish effective communication with customer.* Track and update progress, task and project health to supervisors.* Ensure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.* Perform regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors.* Identify and secure variation order.* Cost control.
