Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced BMS Controls Manager to lead and manage BMS/BAS works for building services projects. You will own planning, coordination, implementation, testing, and commissioning of BMS controls to ensure safety, quality, and client requirements are met.

The role requires degree or diploma in Electrical/Building Services, 8+ years in BMS/BAS with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, and strong knowledge of BACnet/Modbus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in BMS/BAS/controls systems
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Able to read/control schematics and points lists, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage the full scope of BMS controls works from design to handover
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, and suppliers
• Lead technical discussions on BMS architecture and integration needs
• Ensure BMS coordination with ACMV, electrical, fire alarm, security, and ELV systems
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and client demonstrations
• Support project cost control, procurement planning, and progress claims
