Job summary

Johnson Controls Singapore seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead on-site BMS projects, defining scope, budget and schedule while coordinating with customers and subcontractors. You will oversee the work of sub-contractors, track progress and ensure QA/QC compliance, delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a degree with at least 3 years in BMS and strong skills in Excel, Word and MS Project.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and MS Project; ability to read drawings.

Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project. Coordinates the work of subcontractors. **How you will do it:*** Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.* Device project implementation methodology.* Plan and oversee work schedule for the multiple small to medium scale project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor.* Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions.* Establish effective communication with customer.* Track and update progress, task and project health to supervisors.* Ensure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.* Perform regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors.* Identify and secure variation order.* Cost control.
